Classy Tails was born in 2006 when our founder, Sarah Mitchell, struggled to find a pet stroller sturdy enough for her ageing labrador, Biscuit. What started as a single product prototype in a Fitzroy garage has grown into one of Australia's most trusted luxury pet brands.

Express shipping is available at checkout and typically arrives within one to two business days for metro addresses. Orders over $149 qualify for free standard shipping. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If your pet is not happy, neither are we. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Strollers and harnesses are covered by a two-year structural warranty, and our beds carry a 12-month warranty against foam degradation.
